Account Balance – Your total outstanding balance as of the date and time of an official account summary notice.
Minimum Amount Billed – The payment amount required to keep your account in good standing.
AutoPayment+ Profile – This is the financial account you provide at the time of setup, from which your AutoPayments Payment will be debited each cycle.
AutoPayment+ Date – This is your payment due date which will be indicated on your monthly statement.

Purecash.me processes our Financial Transactions, by using our services you agree that your information will be shared with Purecash.me. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONE-TIME CHARGE OR DEBIT: | Last Updated : 2018-12-21 22:05:16
I hereby authorize PureCash.Me to initiate a charge or debit entry on my registered AutoPayment+ Profile in an amount equal to the currently outstanding balance of my account balance plus no more than 29% of combined service fee if applicable and local tax per transaction ("tax"). I acknowledge that the origination of a charge or debit entry to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until the date upon which PureCash.Me has received notification from me of my election to terminate this authorization in such time and in such manner as to afford PureCash.Me and my financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Such written notification must be submitted through the AutoPayment+ Profile online recurring payment tool.
I agree to maintain balances sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that PureCash.Me is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay all payments issued through this payment program. I further agree that PureCash.Me may charge a reasonable service fee for any charge or debit transactions that result in a returned debit entry, including, but not limited to, returns resulting from insufficient funds in my account, closure of my account or incorrect account or routing information provided by me. I agree to promptly notify PureCash.Me in writing of any changes to the financial institution account information and hereby grant authority for PureCash.Me to charge or debit such changed account. I agree that PureCash.Me will not be responsible for any expense that I may incur from exceeding my credit limit or overdraft of my account as a result of a charge or debit made pursuant to this payment program.
Your monthly billing statement will indicate your “Minimum Amount Billed” and “Account Balance” prior to the date or on the date in which we will debit your account. If your due date falls on a day that we are not open for business, we will process your payment on the next available business day. However, the payment will be credited to your account as if it had been processed and posted on the due date. All payments are subject to further verification as well as the terms and conditions for PureCash.Me accounts.

When you make an payment agreement, we are required by law and regulation to provide you with a writing describing the terms of that payment arrangement. To use our paid services, or any of our services, products or websites that are "Linked" to this agreement, you must agree to receive the terms of the authorization electronically.
